Card with cute snowman for Frantic Stamper

Hi,

today I have for you very easy inspiration for Christmas card. I used FRA-DIE-10310 Sweet Holly Snowman die. I die cut snowman from watercolour paper and I painted it with Kuretake Clean Color Real Brush Markers. From the same paper I cut square and embossed it with snowflake embossing folder. Snowman is glued with 3D foam dots.

Mixed media canvas for Colourcraft

Hi,

I hope you have got calm September, kids are back to school and we can have more time to create! Because you know summer is all about resting, relaxing, reading, swimming, sunbathing but now colder days are coming and we have more time to spend by our craft tables.

For today I prepared mixed media canvas, it is mini canvas just 20x20cm. I worked with great papers from Russia – Artelier paper – they have amazing nature collection of papers and ephemera. To my canvas I just added some stamped and heat embossed images and one paper flower and one butterfly (plastic from floristic shop) and chipboard tree from ScrapFX.

This is my the very first project where I used Brusho acrylic mist spray – in colour – Lemon. I will make later special video about Brusho acrylic sprays to show you how amazing they are. I combined Brusho spray with Brusho pigments – Dark brown, Terracota, Moss green. All these colour together make awesome background and color combination for my canvas. I hope you like my inspiration and that you will try some Brusho acrylic mist spray too because they are super!

Mixed media layout for MixedUp

Hi,

today I have for you very dark layout. I went really far away from my comfort zone. For my layout I used 7 dots studio papers – the newest collection Hazy days. I wanted to make layout without flowers. Really you do not need any flowers for you layouts. I also used Brusho pigment powders for it – they were invented for water colouring artist, they have really long history and now they are attaching our mixed media world.
Main black chipboard is from ScrapFX . I also used stencil from Scrap FX. All supplies you can find under photos.

Mixed media notebook cover for Cherish the memory

Hi,

I would like to share with you my easy mixed media notebook cover. I used awesome Summer feelings paper – Yacht and bright blue wood as base. I covered it with clear gesso, than I painted chipboard  (wave made by Scrap FX) with acrylic paints. Than I die cut different sea critters (Frantic Stamper dies) from patterned paper from Summer feelings paper pad. I also used starfish from Studio Light Summer Feelings Delux Crafters Kit with Sea Jewels.

I glued everything, applied Tattered Angels glimmer mists (Dragonfly, Electric blue). Here and there I applied 3D matte gel and mini art stones by Finnabair. Finally I made splatters with white Ecoline watercolour.

So I hope you will be inspired even for mixed media you do not need tons of different embellishments just use dies which you have from cardmaking or scrapbooking.
