Hi,
this card was made for Frantic Stamper and it is featuring new awesome die set – Big Balloons.
Background is very easy it is just watercolour paper and light wash of blue.
For balloons I used great technique – on different small pieces of watercolour paper I draw with masking fluid different shapes – stripes, dots etc. Than I coloured paper with Brushos (use any kind of watercolours) and after drying I die cut balloons. Than I removed that light masking fluid and under it was white space without colour. It is really fun technique.
